Special days it would be prudent. Other times, walk-in should be fine
The spice level is rated on a 4 star scale, was acceptable however customer service is lacking and rude.
I had tried many Thai restaurants, but most of them disappointed me. Until I found Chada Thai, this restaurant is very delicious authentic restaurant. I ordered Crispy garlic chicken, Pad Thai prawn, Green curry and rice. The food are simple yet so sooo tasty!!!!!!!... I really recommend this restaurant if you are craving for Thai food!! The owners also really friendly.
Best Thai food I've had in Seattle in a long time.
If you like spicy, this is the place for you! Service in the restaurant was a bit slow but it seemed fairly busy for carry out orders, the food is excellent and pricing is fair. I highly recommend you order out instead of dine in.
The best Thai food I have ever had here and awesome service!! The food is authentic Thai look and taste so yummy. The owners are very nice. I will come back again for sure!
This is your best comfort Thai food. It’s so warm and hearty. You must get the Crispy Garlic Chicken and Ultimate Fried Rice
I took my fiancé and friend last weekend! The place wasn’t too busy so we got seated quickly. The ultimate fried rice and crispy garlic chicken are two of my personal favorites!
Really rude to me and my friend but good food ngl
Worst customer service experience ever. No one should ever be treated the way the waitress treated me. She was very rude and not helpful . Would never recommend anyone to go to this place.
Pad Thai was amazing ,quick service and very healthy portions was very happy and satisfied with what I got!
Love the food and the service. It’s been almost 4 years since I’ve been here and they still recognize me! The crispy garlic chicken is as good as it gets.
Always great food, well prepared and quick. Love this place.
Best thai food in seattle. I’ve tried almost all of them too
Great prices and food. Never been disappointed.
I go to Chada for their lunch special at least once a week. For under ten dollars you get some of the best Phad Thai I’ve ever had plus your choice of four sides—all delicious. It’s a bargain price for excellently prepared food. Highly recommend. I wish more Thai restaurants offered a combo special like Chada does.
Best Thai food in Seattle area, hands-down. The restaurant is family owned and run, by the sweetest people. I don’t believe the previous review, as “Mama Thai” has been nothing but wonderful the dozens of times we have eaten here. We drive 20 miles north just to get this amazing food.
The food is fresh and delicious
A wonderful place. Great food. Friendly staff. I highly recommend!
Food is good but over the phone, they told me one price then charged me $10.00 more than what was agreed upon. I didn't find out until I checked my card statement. I disputed it and they told my bank I was wrong. Might not go here again.
I really really love this restaurant. I've been coming here for years and it's definitely my favorite thai restaurant in town. The only problem is you NEED to call ahead. Over the years I've been burned by driving out there and getting greeted with a note saying they've gone on vacation or had to close for other reasons. All you need to do is call ahead and it'll be a great experience.
Pad thai was 100%. Flavor, noodles and spice. Please go!
Best Thai food in Seattle. I know, everyone has their favorite, but if you don't agree with me then you probably haven't been here yet. Their Pad Kee Mao is unreal, Pad Thai is good too but I always find myself wishing I got the Kee Mao. Think you have a strong spice tolerance? Think again - this place is HOT. I can do 6-alarms at Wingdome and the 3-star sauce here is intense, made my nose bleed once. Run by what appears to be a small Thai family and the mom who runs the show is absolutely the coolest lady ever. Top 5 favorite casual eating place in Seattle for us, hands down.
Excellent curry! Will definitely be attending this restaurant again in the near future.
Been coming here for about 5 years. One of my favorite spots in Greenwood, hands down. Crispy Garlic Chicken and the Angel Wings are must-tries. I hope they never go away.
They have the BEST crispy garlic chicken. It's so amazingly crispy. Good quantity. Pad Thai is always also great.
After two visits the owner will remember your order and if you switch it up like I do she'll get a sense of what you like and make sure you are ordering something that you like. I think its important to note that these people are here to serve you great food, not smile and wait on you hand and foot. I've come to appreciate the unique service (no doting) that includes an occasional visit from the owners children to clear plates. They show their care through good food, not through superficial smiles. Sometimes on a busy evening they have trouble keeping up on clearing the table, and I like that, makes it feel like home. Probably not a spot for your first date, but if you like good food at a good price, id say its the best in the neighborhood.
Sooo delicious! Glad I tried them.I ordered through Grub Hub and the food came fast and it was still really hot! I even had to wait for it to cool down.Anyway, I got the Green Chicken Curry and it was super good, and had a generous amount of chicken. The only downfall is that it doesn't come with rice so you'll have to order it separately but it's only about $2. Also, I ordered it spicy level 2 because I usually like medium spicy and it goes from 1-4 but I could've easily done a 3 because it was still kinda mild, comparable to taco bell mild sauce (spice level, not taste).I also got the black pudding and that was absolutely delicious!Lots of food for the price too! Probably 2-3 servings in all.Definitely will be ordering again!
Surprised by the great tasting food! Reminds me of when I first arrived in Seattle 30 years ago...great flavor and healthy portions.
Lunch at Chada Thai is always a good choice: great flavors, generous portions, good prices, and fast, friendly service. If you like peanut sauce, try the Swimming Rama lunch -- and go for three-stars spicy if you want to excite your taste buds. The iced Thai coffee is also a great pick-me-up.
Everything is awesome! 'Nuf said.
I love, love, love the Crispy Garlic Chicken here... It's like crack and I can't get enough!Their curries are good too. Decor is pretty plain, but clean. They always remember my name and have great service.Small family owned place.
Amazing garlic chicken and chili pepper fried rice!
Refused to make my food stupidly spicy on request. Told my 4 star was "spicy enough". I wanted more heat and they offered a small amount of spice on the side. It still wasn't enough.
This thai restaurant brought me out of a thai rutt that i was in. In my opinion this place is one star better than any other places nearby. They take their spices seriously so i would aim low if its your first time!!!! So happy to find this place!
Authentic as it gets— Chada Thai hits the spot. Crispy garlic chicken and Tom kha soup are amazing. Black sticky rice with coconut milk is also phenomenal. My family has been coming here for years and can’t go anywhere else now.
I have been coming to this place since 2012, Ihave never been let down by their cooking! I drive for Lyft, and I recommend this fine establishment to all of my passengers!
Got pad see ew here at lunch. If I were to compare, it would be a more saucy and spicy taste of pop pop Thai restaurant. Anyways good portion and quick service. Parking was almost full when I went. I would maybe come back.
Overcooked noodles and chicken had burnt edges and was flavorless. Entire dish seemed to lack any flavor other than the 2 star spice I ordered.
This place is the best Thai in Seattle. Everything is good!
Delicicious 'home cook' liked Thai food! Just watch out the spice level if you can't handle it. Everything we had were delicious and the service is very nice
I really really like the pad Thai and yellow curry, I’ve had them twice and both times were superb. Both very flavorful (and the curry is pretty sweet). Everyone likes the garlic chicken but I did not have a good experience with it. The chicken was very chewy and stringy. So go for the classic dishes if you want to play it safe.
Best Thai around period.
Best authentic thai food out here. Staff is amazing too just love everything.
I've been dining here for over 15 years, The best Crispy Garlic Chicken on the planet! Nothing like it. I probably shouldn't even be telling you about it as it's still not too crowded or hard to get take out here in the evening. Go enjoy some good Thai !
Gr8, authentic Thai cuisine, generous portions, reasonably priced.
This place is a gem. We've been here twice and it was amazing both times . We had the pad Thai and yellow curry. So delicious. It's clean and the staff is very friendly. Easily, our new favorite Thai spot.
Great food at a good price. The staff is very friendly! Take out is super fast: I ordered chili fried rice with tofu and it only took 5 and a half minutes from when I ordered!
Good food. Good service. Not fancy at all.
This restaurant has wonderful Thai food at great prices, I love it here. Its great to see the same family members working there every time i go. The food is always consistent, I've been more than 15 times over the past year and the dishes are ALWAYS rock solid and fresh. Great for taking out and eating at home! The best part is they are totally locally owned and operated. Big thumbs up to Chada Thai!
